• Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Economics, Business Administration, Finance or related major
• 2+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits field for company with at least 100 employees
• Extensive knowledge of Vietnamses Labor Law, Personal Income Tax Law, Social Insurance Law and HR related regulations and laws of Vietnam
• Excellent numerical and data analysis skills with strong logical thinking
• Excellent Microsoft Office skill, especially Excel
• Proficiency in English skill
• Experience in working with SAP system is a plus
• Compliance awareness is preferred
• Responsible, careful and detail-oriented
